Welcome to TradieWeb! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website [tradieweb.co.nz] and the services provided by TradieWeb. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Service Description

TradieWeb offers website-as-a-service, providing tradespeople with a professionally designed website hosted and maintained by us for a subscription fee. This includes initial setup and ongoing hosting and support.

3. Subscription and Fees

Initial Setup Fee: A one-time fee of $189.
Monthly Subscription Fee: $99 per month.

4. Ownership and Access

The websites provided by TradieWeb are offered on a subscription basis. You do not own the website, and access will be terminated if the subscription is canceled.
Content you provide for the website remains your property. However, the structure, design, and technology of the website remain the property of TradieWeb.

5. Included Services

The monthly subscription fee includes website hosting and maintenance.
Additional Services: Domain hosting and management may incur additional fees and are managed separately, as not all domains will be hosted by TradieWeb. We will be in touch to discuss these details if applicable.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any remaining period of the subscription term.
TradieWeb reserves the right to terminate your access to the services if you violate these Terms or any applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

TradieWeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will not exceed the amount paid by you to TradieWeb in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
